Development status#

Automexia is in development. Package downloads have been withdrawn while reported issues are investigated and the terminal is improved.

What is public now?#

The official source repository↗ is public. It contains the code, development instructions, and project history. Its MIT license↗ defines the current source terms.

The website previews the terminal and explains its workflows. Public source access is not a claim that every feature or platform is ready for everyday use.

Evaluate carefully#

Development revisions may change behavior, shortcuts, configuration, and platform requirements. Interface, focus, resize, paste, and shell integration need testing in the environment where you intend to use them.

Start with non-sensitive work and keep your existing terminal available. Do not assume running processes or workspace state will survive a restart. Back up configuration before trying a different revision.

Linux remains the first development focus. See Platform support for the distinction between platform direction and verified compatibility.

Give useful feedback#

Follow the repository's support guidance↗ and contribution guide↗. Include the source revision, platform, shell, smallest reproduction, and expected versus actual behavior.

Redact credentials, private paths, hostnames, terminal history, and customer data. For a suspected vulnerability, follow the security policy↗ instead of posting exploit details in a public issue.
